Do I need coding knowledge to use this plugin?
No coding is required for standard use. The plugin installs like any WordPress plugin (upload .zip via Plugins > Add New), and all features are accessible through the WordPress admin interface.
What email and SMS providers are supported?
or email: any SMTP server (including Gmail SMTP, Amazon SES, Mailgun, or your hosting provider’s SMTP) and SendGrid API with webhook event tracking. For SMS: Twilio API. Provider support is extensible through the Sender Identities architecture.
Can I connect my own lead data provider?
Yes. The Universal API connector supports REST APIs, RapidAPI marketplace APIs, and OAuth2 authentication. You configure the base URL, authentication, request template, response path, and field mapping through the admin UI. If your provider has a REST API that returns JSON, you can connect it without writing code.
How does licensing work for multiple sites?
Each license covers one WordPress installation. If you need to use the plugin on multiple sites, you will need a separate license for each site, per Envato’s standard licensing terms.
Can I import leads from a CSV file or spreadsheet?
Yes. The step-by-step import wizard lets you upload a CSV, visually map columns to lead fields, validate the data (with error reporting), and import with duplicate detection. You can also export filtered lead lists back to CSV at any time.
Will the Assistant send emails without my approval?
Not by default. The daily send limit defaults to 0, which means the Assistant will not queue any messages for delivery until you explicitly set a limit. You can enable Fetch and Enrich first to watch it work without any outreach being sent. When you are ready, set a daily limit (e.g., 20 messages/day) and it can go on autopilot.
How much does the AI Assistant cost to run?
A typical daily run with 25 leads using GPT-5-mini costs approximately $0.02-0.05 for the Enrich, Compose, and Review stages combined.
Is the AI drafting feature required?
No. AI-assisted content generation (for emails, SMS, templates, and snippets) is entirely optional.
